Every installation carries a 2-year workmanship warranty, with fixtures covered by their manufacturer's warranty on top of that. Exclusions apply for misuse, weather events and third-party service. You get a fixed price in writing before we start, and one person to call if anything needs attention afterward — the same person who quoted the job.
