Plants grow. Ground shifts. Timers drift. A care plan is what keeps a lighting system looking like the night we handed it over — instead of slowly going crooked and dim.
None of this is dramatic. That's the problem — it degrades slowly enough that you stop noticing, until one day the system just looks bad.
Shrubs and perennials grow into and over the light. Within two seasons a perfectly aimed uplight is lighting the inside of a bush.
Freeze-thaw, mowers, dogs and foot traffic knock fixtures off target. Slowly the design stops pointing where it was designed to point.
Lenses cloud from irrigation, pollen and road salt, and LEDs dim gradually with age. Everything gets dimmer at the same rate, so you don't see it happening.
Both are annual, both include priority scheduling, and both can be added years after your original install.
Not a Nightgrove install? We take on care plans for systems installed by others after a one-time assessment visit.
No. It's completely optional, and you can add one at any point — including several years after your original installation.
Members get priority scheduling, so we get to you fast. And if the failure is covered by your 2-year workmanship warranty or the fixture's manufacturer warranty, the repair is free regardless of whether you have a plan.
Yes. We do a one-time assessment visit first to document what's there and what condition it's in, then quote the appropriate plan.
Plans renew annually so coverage doesn't lapse. Cancel any time before your renewal date with a call or text — no cancellation fee, no long-term contract.
Any fixtures added to your existing system after the original install — a new tree, a rear patio, a walkway extension. Members get 10–20% off those, which is often more than the plan costs.
Add a care plan to a new installation, or have us assess an existing system you inherited.
