Most lighting companies make you sit through a sales visit to hear a price. Here's roughly where projects land — so you can decide if we're a fit in thirty seconds.
Every package includes design, fixtures, transformer, timer, installation and the after-dark night walk. Final price is fixed in writing after your free consultation.
These aren't add-ons. They're in the price of every project we take, from Starter to Legacy.
On-site design walk and fixture plan. No design fee, no deposit to see it.
Solid brass or copper fixtures and LED lamps — not painted aluminum.
Wire trenched and concealed, transformer and timer set, beds restored.
We return after dark and aim every fixture with you until it's right.
You get a written proposal with the fixture count, the zones, the timeline and one number at the bottom. We don't bill hourly, we don't add trip charges, and the number doesn't move unless you change the scope. Projects involving special-order fixtures require a 50% deposit at scheduling; everything else is due on completion.
Design, all fixtures and hardware, transformer and timer, low-voltage wire trenched and concealed, full installation, and the after-dark night walk. There is no separate design fee and no trip charge.
Because you probably want to know whether we're in your range before giving up an hour of your evening for a sales visit. The ranges here are honest. The fixed number comes after we've seen the property.
Yes, and a lot of clients do. We size the transformer with headroom specifically so you can add fixtures later without replacing the core system. Front elevation this fall, back yard in spring is a very common path.
Larger projects can be phased across two or more installations so the investment spreads out over time. Ask about phasing during your consultation and we'll map it out.
No. It's optional and you can add it any time. But plants grow and fixtures drift, so if you want year three to look like night one, it's the thing that does that.
Free on-site design consultation. We walk the property, show you what's possible, and hand you one number in writing.
